Had a weeping Ram for a while and I think the fluid got a bit low and aerated and killed my pump, started making noise for about 10 minutes then stopped making that noise and stopped producing pressure Smile

Need a new pump in good working order fairly shortly in New Zealand. If nobody here has one can anyone recommend which brands are decent/rubbish in the aftermarket as there are a selection on Ebay.

As for a Ram, these don't seem available anywhere, so it's going to have to be a used one. I'll pull mine off and see if anyone local can rebuild it, but having a spare wouldn't hurt.

Part numbers seem to be: 9623814680 or 4007X1. '99 Ph2.5 GTi6.

Still no joy finding one. Anyone got any leads before I buy an aftermarket one off Ebay?
