Long story short, I have a old Phase 1 3 door XSI with a bad motor and a smashed up Xsara VTS ( phase 2). The plan is to swap the engines and a few other bits. Now after a little digging it appears the VTS loom/ ECU won't work with a 306? Is there anyway to make it work? .. If not, do any of you guys have a Gti6 loom and ECU available? Thanks |

Strange... I fitted a VTS enginge in a phase 1 XSI. We did not change the loom of the car.The ECU was also a VTS, but I broke it by connecting the keypad immobilizer. ________________________________________ My car park:'96 Sigma Blue XSi6 '98 Diablo Red GTi6 '99 Onyx Black S16 All RFS powered! Joep yours would of been a p1 vts. The p2 is multiplex so you will need. Exhaust manifold / injectors / loom and unlocked ecu from a gti6 and a couple of sensors. ________________________________________ 1998 Supercharged White Rallye1992 205 GTi6 205 Turbo 340bhp |

The fitment onto the cat is completely different. I could supply all the parts but not till early September when the kids go back to school. If you don't get find any in the meantime let me know. ________________________________________ 1998 Supercharged White Rallye1992 205 GTi6 205 Turbo 340bhp |

I can supply a loom, injectors and the two coolant sensors you'd need.I have an ECU here too but it's locked not unlocked so would require decoding before use. ________________________________________ Rich |
