Seems to be a theme going with blaze cars and different coloured bonnets
Looking forward to see this project progress.
Blaze bonnets must be rarer than ph1 vts racks

Small bit of progress over the weekend, managed to start it with some fresh fuel and cleaning the spark plugs, also got the door cards fitted with the door pulls. Rubbish photo they look better in person. Still can’t drive it has it has no front brakes Cjwatson27 has attached the following image: ________________________________________ Old pugs don't die they just get faster |

Mirrors look better for sure.Wouldn’t Bother with studs unless you’re planning on having wheels on and off all the time. ________________________________________ I'm Si btwNight Blue VW Golf GTD Bianca LBSC Rallye - Track/Road Slag Project Thread Sparkling Silver Mini Cooper D - Super Dooper - (The other half's wheels) |

I’ve started fitting a carbon fibre bootlid how do people fix the poly window in it’s a formed hard plastic one about 4mm thick. I’d really like to just bond it in place not fix it with loads of nuts and bolts Cjwatson27 has attached the following image: ________________________________________ Old pugs don't die they just get faster |

If it’s formed they can just bond in like a normal screen it’s the cheaper flat ones that are bolted normally. Iirc though I’m sure Damien was saying he had issues with his adhearing properly and he fits screens for a living. I’ve only ever had the cheaper flat options so always bolted. I think if I had a formed I’d probably do a bit of both When’s it’s first outing? |

Yeah it’s the former one I was concerned if is just stuck it down it would pull off has it has a black border on the inside. I suppose a couple of bolts wonts be too bad Not sure on the first outing got so much to do really need to free some time up ohh and learn to weld lol ________________________________________ Old pugs don't die they just get faster |
