Hi I’m after some ideas of what to use to make some door cards up. I’ve done away with all the door electrics just the door handle and window winder, so just needs to be a flat sheet. So what do you track guys use ? Many thanks Chris ________________________________________ Old pugs don't die they just get faster |

Get to a double glazing firm they always have old large windows being thrown out, get something bigger than you need for a doorcard Get your carbon some Lloydes aproved (ultraviolet resistand wont yellow) pollester resin A roller Wax your glass using mould removal wax Tape down your carbon (parcel tape will do) Coat your carbon roll as many of the bubbles out as possible (any left will be tiny if any! Leave it for at least 24 hours then just peel off It will be glass perfect flat carbon then dremil and sand to the shape you want I learnt this from Twangy ________________________________________ Proud Member of the ASTOR Owners Club |
