After feeling my suspention wasnt right i did some investigating
To find that the bar was phisically missing!

Ive had one strip the threads before but just replaced the bar,.. it would appear the same has happened again!
Has anyone else had issues with them
Just used on a road car no agressive driving?
To say their £70 a pair im not impressed! Sad

I had this once on the track car. But it was down to how I had installed it, I fitted one of the fittings in the wrong order which meant the rose joint was not able to move. This then snapped the bar. Might be worth double checking the figment? I know not handy since both have been lost!

LOL im trying some others
Its lowered on coilovers so wound them right I cant see how they can be installed wrong,..
I wound the nut against the bar to limit any play after the last one stripped the thread.

Which drop links did you use? I think I used the rnd ones, they came with some conical spacers, I installed one of those wrong (don't ask how!) and that's what caused one to snap for me!

if it's low you want them as long as possible, not short.

Im not sure of the make the were black alu anodized versions
I got them to standard length for instalation but seemed far too long
So shotened them,.
I'm going to try some steel tubed ones i think the threads are too wean on alu versions

there were no spacers just a nut to lock in position

Im curious about this whole arb droplink length discussion.

I fitted the longer plastic 307 arb droplinks to my 6 before it came of the road and I'm sure that more understeer was felt, compared to the standard 6 links.
Obviously I didnt do back to back comps but it was just a feeling..?
