I think 20mm spacers would do the trick.________________________________________ DIABLO GTI-6 - Legend - NILE GTI-6 - SoldCHERRY GTI-6 P1 SUPERCHARGED - Broken up BLACK RALLYE - Sold 205 Dturbo xud9 work horse - Dead CHERRY RALLYE - new toy |

But..... Wouldn't the wheel sit an extra 1/2" inside the arch...? 10mm spacers would put the ET to ET16 which would be fine________________________________________ 1998 Supercharged White Rallye1992 205 GTi6 205 Turbo 340bhp |

15mm would sit like a usual 16x7 rim but yes, 10mm would work fine.________________________________________ DIABLO GTI-6 - Legend - NILE GTI-6 - SoldCHERRY GTI-6 P1 SUPERCHARGED - Broken up BLACK RALLYE - Sold 205 Dturbo xud9 work horse - Dead CHERRY RALLYE - new toy |

I'd want them to fit far enough out so they didn't look lost inside the arches. Would 20mm spacers be best?________________________________________ CLUB BLACK RALLYE||B8s||60-70mm drop||Black Partner Steels||P1 VTS Rack||Refurbed Beam||Hybrid ARB||VTS Torsion Bar|| |

Would 20mm spacers be best? 20mm might scrub so I would stay safe at 15mm ________________________________________ DIABLO GTI-6 - Legend - NILE GTI-6 - SoldCHERRY GTI-6 P1 SUPERCHARGED - Broken up BLACK RALLYE - Sold 205 Dturbo xud9 work horse - Dead CHERRY RALLYE - new toy |

Cyclones are 6" wide and ET19.Your new wheels will be 6,5" wide and ET26. That means the center (between inner and outer edge) of your new wheels will be positioned 26-19=7mm further to your inner arch. Add a quarter inch to both sides of the wheel ( [6,5" - 6"] /2 ) means the inner edge of the new wheel will sit 7mm + 1/4" = 13,35 mm (corrected) closer to the inner arch and the outer edge will sit 7mm - 1/4" = 0,65 mm (corrected) farther from the outer arch compared to the Cyclones. I'm running 6,5" x 16 ET25 wheels (Dotz Imola) with 195-45 tyres and 15 mm spacers on the front and 20 mm spacers on the rear. It's perfect on the front (lowered 40 mm) but scrubs on the rear sometimes (not lowered) with three persons on the backseats. I guess 15 mm would be perfect on the rear too. Here's some pics of them fitted (the silver S16): http://www.306gti6.com/forum/showthread.php?id=165859 |

I get what you are saying. Just to clarify, 7mm+ 1/4" = 13.35 closer to the inner arch and 1/4"-7mm = -0.65 to the outer arch________________________________________ DIABLO GTI-6 - Legend - NILE GTI-6 - SoldCHERRY GTI-6 P1 SUPERCHARGED - Broken up BLACK RALLYE - Sold 205 Dturbo xud9 work horse - Dead CHERRY RALLYE - new toy |
