Other options would be complete used engine in good working order or a reconditioned or good used condition bottom end. A rebuilt head will also come in handy if I don't get a complete engine.

My bottom end is gone so looking preferably for a complete and completely rebuilt engine!Other options would be complete used engine in good working order or a reconditioned or good used condition bottom end. A rebuilt head will also come in handy if I don't get a complete engine. |

How many miles has it done and how much do you want for it? My engine has done about 155k miles and so don't know if it's worth putting the old head on unreconditioned. Some tips from the experienced members? |

I saw them going for £40-£50 here on the forum. Can you tell me something about its condition more in detail? What about the piston rings and piston running surface?I would prefer a completely rebuilt engine to put it in as a whole. But let's see what the others have and check my options. |
