Can i use my old air temp sensor from my old manifold by just removing it and plugin it bàck onto the multi plug now im on Jenveys?

That depends very much on which ECU you're using.

I did the same on my ITB's, just put the original air sensor as near as possible to the intake. I run a DTA ECU.
