that only really works for Depo lights the Glue melts at a very low temp
Valeo's are silicone base and do not melt!
people have managed it with Valeo's but i'd say that the casing would give in before the lenses popped out!

I use a heat gun on the back of where the lens holds in a flat metal bar and lots of persuasion that does take practice!

my advice buy Depo's for this method! Thumbs up

Thank you for the advice! I'm planning to retrofit some HID projectors sometime and wanted to get a set of original Valeos for it because I have read that the Depo ones don't fit as well as the Valeos. Isn't that true?

It's hit and miss really some are really well made others not so!
Non as good as Valeo
But becarefull not to knack the casing or even a valeo won't fit LOL
Remember I do these for £50 if you send me your lights! Plus postage costs! Wink
