So go the front wings on, 17" wheels and 225x45 tyres, and by my measurements I need to lower the front by 100mm!.
This will still give me 85mm of wheel travel upwards before it touches (if it ever gets that high) the wing.
I knew the Maxi wings were large but I will need some advice on how to go about lowering the front, most coilovers I have looked at only state a maximum of 60mm drop in height.
Any ideas please.

speak to Satchell engineering, they might be able to help, lowering that far on standard hubs and wishbones is just a route to disastrous handling.

have you tubbed the inner arches?

maxi's ran a chunky 18" tyre, quite a b it bigger than stock Radius.

I have the technical manual for the Maxi and it states 17" for gravel and 18" tarmac. I don't mind the 'jacked up' look, I want it to look more like a rally replica than a circuit racer.
At the moment though it looks more like a 4x4 with batman wings.

Welshpug, I dont know what "tubbed the inner arches" means.

I'll contact Satchell and see what they suggest.

look at the inner arches on the pics here.

they run more caster so the wheels are further forward as well.
