I really rate my KW V1 Innox for what I paid for them but that was only £350.
As welshpug says you don't really want to go much below 30mm if you want the car to handle well on most surfaces.
I have progressively adjusted my front ride height to get my car handling the way I want, basec around a 40mm rear drop done before i owned the car and found the handling changed dramatically with +-4mm of front ride height. Most of the adjustment was to increase front ride height though.
My car is now spot on to my taste, the rear only becomes unstable when provoked yet still has great front end grip and is stable on the brakes. I put it to the test on some north Wales back roads recently and was amazed with my car, p**sing over friends Type R's in acceleration and handling.
I couldn't tell you what the actual ride hight is though, it was all trial and error based around the fixed rear
