ive been playing around making casts of things and to be honest getting into the swing of it and quite enjoying it

i'm toying with the idea of casting my ph3 rear badges then doing them custom ie using Epoxy resin and Glitter
but i'm thinking more tasteful for my own (Astor) i'm thinking black glitter with a touch of purple thrown in to tie in with the original paint work,..

is this something people would be interested in or just a s**t idea LOL

If it's faded I can do you some vinyl to overlay on it

I do it with the 205 badges

Hey sorry guys hadn't seen this had been posted on

If I were you I'd get some masking fluid (liquid latex)
Mask off the black plastic get acrylic red spray paint spray it and peel off the latex
That should freshen it up!

Or like Rikki has suggested use some vinyl overlay

I could take a mold of mine and remake it
I'd love to see if I could get carbon fibre ones
However I suspect that the parts are just too small and intricate to pull off!

Life wise I'm not sure
The resin I use is top quallity stuff with UV filters in to stop discolouation
I'm not sure about stone chips etc but should fair up well enough!

Carbon ones would look the nuts. If you could pull it off.
The liquid latex sounds like a good idea but I'm no good at stuff like that. I'd rather just buy a replacement.

Oh and happy birthday!
