hi, I've been looking for a solution to this problem for a while but couldn't come with an answer yet, basically the dials on the instrument cluster flickers when I turn the ignition on and when I stop the engine. When the engine starts the dials come to the normal position 4-5 seconds after the engine is in and work perfectly. You can hear the dials flicker and its a bit annoying so I'd like to fix it if possible, any ideas of where the problem could be?
