I've got a phase 2.5 T reg silver gti6 at the moment that needs a new front bumper.
Local scrappy has a V reg phase 3 estate with the paint code EYCC after a search it seems that platinum silver paint code is MOYC but the one in scrappy visually looks to be the same colour. Did the paint codes change between phases? Would be ideal if it was a near match as the bumper is cheap and in very good nick!

EYCC is called Aluminium Silver. Found it on this if this is any help.

and this is the code Service box gives for it.

both these part numbers show for platinum silver , can't check the colour code itself though.
First 3 letters are the code and the fourth is the type,in this case C which simply means metalic laquered.
