I agree with the post above, yes it probably was tiresome finding scrap parts and all the e mails but it was just unlucky on the customers part.
I bet the assistant f**ked off as he was sick of the boss's attitude.
Blaming him for everything including not finding the parts on shelfs is an absolute joke, was he working in an absolute unorganised s**thole, one excuse after another then when he ran out he blamed his assistant.
So what happened in the end, did it not make the power expected, is that why the head had to be rebuilt?
