Does anyone know which wires going in to the back of the gauge cluster are the feed for the speedo please? I haven't been able to work it out on a diagram yet.

My speedo has packed up so would like to know which wires I need to look at at the gauge end to work out where the problem is. Cheers!

Tends to be the sensor, sensor cog (they are only crap plastic) or the plug has got engine oil in it.

I changed the sensor over and no difference.

The plug is a bit oily tho, does that tend to make a big difference? It looked as tho the wires were pulled out of the plug slightly, but I checked with the multi meter and everything is still connected in the plug as it should be.

But despite the plug actually being wired or, the oil can affect it?
