had my 6 for 8 years and its running on 3 pots.( engine light came on )when i checked 1 of the coils its faulty.i know this because i swapped it with the 1 next door to it and that 1 failed.that was 2 days ago.when i started the engine this morning the engine light was off and was back to running on 4 pots until the engine heated up then the engine light came back on and we were back to running on 3 again.the coil is obviously faulty? but why would it be working when cold and not hot ?anything to do with insulation?anyone had the same problem.?________________________________________ dink |

Unless your ocd, my aunty replaces all 4 of her kitchen bulbs everytime 1 goes, I had to go and change one as it snapped and was stuck in the fitting. I refuawd to change all 4 saying she's wasting money, she was rather uncomfortable leaving the other 3 in place lol________________________________________ andrew315rawson@live.co.ukMoonstone phase 7 gti6 My Project thread: http://www.306gti6.com/forum/showthread.php?id=119992&page=1 |
