Are all fuel pump relays the same inside?
I got new one, it's not OE and it have lining pin on different position compared to my old one.
If i cut out that pin it would fit but will it work as intended?

early cars have a different plug but the pins are arranged in the same way, you would be better to get the correct relay than try to modify it.

typically identified by having a brown casing and a brown plug with a small metal clip on RFY cars, RFS engined cars (6 speed) usually have a black relay and plug with a red sliding clip.
