May well get slated for this on sure a purists site...but I put before you what Peugeot should have also offered in the GT line up...
the GTd!

Stripped back shell, clean and sealed, rebuilt everything, custom a LOT, rebuilt engine, hybrid this, custom that...

Its essentially a XUD11 with a GTB2056VLK controlled by a home brew Arduino system.

usual trick bits, 21mm TBs, GAZ coilies, Powerflex etc! Cossack grey trims, headlight masks, badges and 206gti wheels. Chequerplate half leather interior with loadsa flocking and custom gauges etc.
Everything has been done in house/garage/shed/gravel drive!

Ran on the RR, 206bhp & 330ft lbs at the wheels.

Due to huge cylinder pressures...and standard headbolts, the head is currently off...HG and ARPs needed!
...so currently rebuilding/port/polishing etc a new head!! :wacko:

Welcome to the other side piggy! We like petrol a over here tho lol. In truth I've seen this car in the flesh gentlemen and whilst yes it does sound like a tractor it is very tidy and made a lot of power (and noise) on them rollers.

I'll be doing more progress vlogs now via my youtube channel though, so you can follow that too if you like Smile

The foglights are converted to DRLs, so low wattage LEDS, and running when engine is on. Essentially I dont like front fogs, and they do sod all, and I dont like rallye blanks...and the chrome reflectors were buggered. So that was the result LOL:

Yeah I know...I do run 5% petrol when I occasionally run veg oil...does that count?! LOL:

And I wana see how I match up to some GTi's as that was always my goal!
