I need the part number for the older type lower rad hose if anyone can help please.

Got a replacement rad with the older type fitting.

This is the one that's come off my car

So I don't need this one but the other type

I'd send the rad back for the later type fitting and buy a new o-ring personally, early type is a pain in the arse.

seems they haven't made the early type hose for a very long time btw, if there are any available they'll be about £45.

the later hose in your hand there is £26.

new o-ring is 80p.

don't need a reg, just tell them to look on the system.

September 6, 1998 was the change of rad type with new hose to suit.

bas**rds, no longer in production. I gave him the reg of my old Rallye and that came up with a different part no but there was a third for even older pre 99 models like you said.

How many of the bloody things are there

I'm just as lost as you mate, running around like a headless chicken trying to locate this damn hose!

Mei, are the hoses the same across all other 306 models?

three, both the later types are interchangeable, the later being cheaper so I always just buy the later.

there's only one rad part number.

rad and hose are specific to the 6.
