Well finding out I had a day off at the very last minute I decided to travel from Manchester to Market Harborough to pick up my new 306, then unto Leicester on the way home for the cam belt doing.

I set off at 10 but due to slow traffic on the Motorway and my reluctance to drive over 2500rpm due to the cam belt which had done over 60k being on the car, I got to Carls mid to late afternoon. Despite being a last minute job sprung on him and me needing to be back in Manchester to pick the missus up early evening,he cracked on and fitted the belt water pump and aux belt in what must have been double quick time,burning his hands in the process!

A truly fantastic service which was above and beyond!

I got home late in the end after discovering a slight issue on the way back and pulling over to be safe (the whole dashboard lit up and engine cut out whilst creeping in traffic on the motorway, I just restarted it and assumed Id stalled it but it happened again when doing about 30mph slowing down coming upto a roundabout when it would be seemingly impossible to stall?).

Anywho a big thanks to Carl and the folks at CG cars for getting me sorted!

Many thanks for your custom chap, got a nice car there and at a very good price too. Did you manage to collect the bonnet you was talking about?

A few cosmetic bits to sort and it will be perfect. Nice to meet you.
