Hi folks,

The drivers side door only opens when you turn the key and hold it turned, if you turn the key then centre it the door remains locked. Now I have removed the little plastic grommet from around the interior lock pull and without that fitted the door unlocks as it should.

This obviously points to something being misaligned in the door but does anyone have any ideas what it could be?

Cheers!

Seconded on the door card card not fitted properly, or the rod that pops the locked / unlocked bit up and down is getting caught on the door itself. My 6 had the same problem after putting the card back on properly - the rod was catching on the door, so I bent it back into shape and all was good.
