I know the pump isn't the problem as I've wired it up to the battery direct and it turns.
Replaced key fob batteries and fitted a new realy. All to no success.
Any ideas anyone? Immobilisor?

I assume u mean the central locking fuse then. That's fine as it still locks and unlocks on the key. I'm really stuck on this and quickly running out of ideas |

Right without looking i'm assuming the crank sensor is the red plug sat on top of the gearbox under the battery box. But there is a random white plug on the front of the engine leading towards the starter motor its 2 pin. Would this be a dead plug or needed as I know on gm engines they have a similar plug for the autobox models |

I've tried all that even the BSI reset even though i'm not 100% sure what it achieves haha. I think a lot more f**kin around is in order. I don't think its anything I've missed as I've been over it all about 20 times now. Just can't get my head round why it wouldn't send a signal to the fuel pump unless it was immobilized....... Starting to get to me now I want to get back out on the road in her, gob smacked at how well it drove, even with a nakered diff |

Check your trickle feed 5amp fuse which goes to the imob, on my phase 3 it was F6 in the inside fusebox. ________________________________________ "Gotta Love The 6"According to my wife i think the 6 is the fastest car in the world, perhaps she is right LoL ! |

Post 14 is the AC clutch and post 15 is either for the third coolant temperature sensor or is an unused plug (believed to be the breather heater for cold climate models).Crank sensor would be the most likely suspect. The 306 immobiliser doesn't cut the fuel pump. ________________________________________ Rich |

Check all the fuses. All. Check you havent got the plug for the crank sensor or something similar accidentally plumbled into something wrong, CTS for example. Theres sensor plugs all over the engine bay. Pretty sure all it needs to run is a crank signal. ________________________________________ PaulHiding with Pride |

Well I've tested all the earths tonight and everythings fineGot a new crank sensor coming tomorrow so will try that. I've took the one off that's on the gearbox and it seems fine no damage or corroded wires but as we know looks can be deceiving!!!!! Fuses are all fine as well. |
