Hello everyone, im tony.
This is my phase-1 project.
After selling a back box to luke on ebay and seeing his nice red phase - 1 it inspired me to stick my motor on here to.
I bought this car about 4 yrs ago, with a goal of getting her back on the road.
It was one of those late night impulse buys on ebay. Crazy
Upon collecting it i soon realised the car was only good for scrapingDunno
The car had been off the road for 6 years when i purchased it, with 84k on the clock.

Where to start......

Head gasket gone, low on compression on 2 + 3 cylinders.
wrong ball joint or wishbone on near side front throwing the camber way out on that side.
missing a rear seat belt.
drivers seat frame broken + bottom bolster support bar sticking out through fabric.
heater matrix had leaked inside the car ruining the carpet.
Chav gear knob compleate with flashing lights.
chav lexus rear lights.
panel damage to near side wing + drivers door, rear bumper damage just under the rear light cluster.
rear beam sagging on near side.
rear beam mounts gone
brake pipes corroded
discs + pads all round
rear shocks leaking
tyres bold.
wheel bearings
the list went on & on bla bla bla..

I have finished the car now all bar getting the body work resprayed.
because of this i will just mainly be adding pictures to this thread every other night when i get 5mins

Christ that's a lot of work and money. Well done for saving it man. Most people would have scrapped it for sure.

Good to see you joined up! Get some of the pictures you showed me uploaded as they really showed the amount of effort that's gone into this.
