just for the record if anyone still runs a gti6 on here ..... mines still going and very well now! just turned 170k and shes pulling like a train (well she should be shes been off the rd more than on it this last 12 months but shes had lots of tlc (f**king cash) put her way! anyone else still driving one?

Formally team BLAZE now Team bianca recuperating from multiple organ failure nicely!
items replaced so far, clutch, cambelt etc, radiator, exhaust, most of front running gear, wish bones, drop links, ball joints, track rod ends, bearings, brakes, calipers, discs, and pads, brake lines, front springs, brake balance compensator thingy, hand brake cable, throttle cable (twice), coil pack, door handle, windscreen, wipers, head lamps several sensors and bulbs Dry .rear beam new throttle cable, new battery. .......... yeah man, team money pit! but shes still rollin!

Just got one. Put a nice big bet on Indy so should have cash to p**s away on it (need to come up with a name). Currenctly fixing the AC and Rad. Air filter, gearbox oil next. Brake pads, then all the suspension/steering bits and 16" wheels.

Currently off the road but i put on 500 miles bring it home.

Yep. Still got my china. She's on 144,500 miles. The A/C still works too. Got a minor issue with the blower motor but that's it. I, like yourself, spend cash and fix the old girl. Can't actually see me ever getting rid of it either. Smile

170k is good mate. My diablo 6 is on 151k and is still all good! Still haven't seen 1 over 200k...

Mines on 101 k and is about to have its 3rd engine none of the door electrics work, I think getting yours to 170k deserves a Thumbs up

Only owned mine for a month or so and it's done 158k, rebuilt head 10k ago, feels great!

That said the only stuff on it that has done the mileage is the bottom end and shell....
