The spring & rod on my brake load compensator valve on the rear axle has snapped in half.

This thread seems to suggest it may be possible to replace the spring in situ? Does anyone know if this is the case as I have another valve and spring on another car and it would surely be easier to swap springs than the whole unit?

Just the answer I was looking for.
Should easily get that sorted before the MOT then.

Thank you!
