So I have stripped the front of the Rallye to install a new radiator, bottom hose and to assess the damage to the rear member caused by the forces through the sump guard. When I looked closely you can see the following movement. Does anyone have a straight shell that doesn't have an engine so I can get some reference measurements to see how far out she has been twisted? I will keep you posted on the reinforced front end!

Did you get any measurements in the end that you needed? I could probably help you out as I ha en a spare shell with no engine. But won't be able to measure it til Tuesday evening I'd imagine...

does look rather bent Sad

I'd get it on a chassis jig personally before you plough any more cash into it, you might need a new shell.

Thanks guys. I will keep you posted. Jigging on the island costs 400 just for them to check it before even looking at straightening. Not pleasant thought!
