Alrite chaps,

I know a few of you have done this, Owain? so after some advice and tips.

The ones I have require an 83mm hole making, but the vent is about 95 outer, but inner section is 83. Is it just a case of wiggling the vent into the hole? If so, once its there, is it nice and tight? Dont want to pop out the vent and it to come out of the window Laugh

Cheers

the vents should be hard to fit in. they usually need squashing and putting in, because the idea is they're tight and form a good seal. i took mine out a few times and i just unhooked the spring and bent it together slightly and popped it out

p**s easy to fit, just squash it a bit and work it into the hole. As with everything in life.

Yeah think I removed the metal clip so you didn't have to put as much strain on the plastic, much easier than it looks though.
