I've got a Nissens radiator in my now dead Ph.2. Looking at a previous thread in which I was given the link to order it I'm pretty sure it is this one.

I ordered a new bottom hose to suit, which was part number 1351 ZV I believe, this is what was fitted with the radiator 1 year ago.

I want to remove this radiator from my aircon ph.2 and fit it to my non-aircon ph.1. My main concern is: will the bottom hose fit? Searching through other threads on this I'm still not 100% sure.

Should I disconnect the hose from the back of the engine and remove it with the rad, then fit it to the back of my ph.1 engine? Do I need a different hose? Will the current hose not fit a Ph.1? Buy a new hose anyway as I really don't want any coolant/HG problems whatsoever?

Also, am I correct in thinking the ph.1 rads have another thermostat thing plugged into them near the top? Is this going to present a problem?

Will fit fine, unclipping from the rad is not a problem, new o-ting ay be required.

All 6's used the same part number rad, they just changed the fitting for the hose.
