I was in Peugeot today and couldn't help but notice the size of the brakes on the RCZ R.
They don't look that big in the pic but that's because the wheels are 19", looked it up and the discs are 380mm which is nearly the same size as a cycloneLOL , when you see them for real they look huge.

Well i won't be doing that upgrade any time soon. Discs are £660 each alone and service box won't even give a price for the callipers lol

New engine out of one of these is also only £6257 lol

It is a seriously impressive engine imo. Peugeot have always been a bit behind the times with performance engines (although great with their diesels and eco engines) but this is great. Wonder how well they will last though!

Just been looking at the R on youtube, its quite highly rated and it seems that Peugeot sport seem to have put a great deal of thought into it too.

Would love one myself but meh, I don't have 30k to spare LOL

Alcon brakes by the look of them. We are dealers so I can find out the price. Discs are a bit more than I'd expect, they might be less if you can just buy the friction rings like most alcons

when you have 270 bhp + 247 lbft and 1355 kg to slow down, and 19" wheels to hid them behind, they look fine to me :p

Top Gear article says they are Alcon.

Go on... i cant believe you can still get one Shock

Those brakes are huge but i guess it is quite a step up in performance for pug, not sure i would be wanting to pay so much for some discs though No

drug dealers don't normally use brakes though, hence your m3 disc size
