Right, this Rallye of mine has another issue!!

Start the car up, let it idle for a bit then put your foot down....

Car bogs massively but if you keep the foot in and rev it it clears . Let it idle again and same thing. This seems to happen 80% of the time after I start the car....sometimes it behaves normally. Car has an induction kit but I really can't see that making a difference like that!

Noticed that it smells VERY rich when its playing silly buggers. I'm kind of thinking Lambda sensor but I've been out the pug game too long to know the common faults/easy fixes for these things.

Anyone have any ideas?? Just thought it might be a reasonably common problem.

Unplug the lambda see if it stii does it ?

my 6 was missing & running rich, changed the lambda and it cured. didnt stop me blowing my quaife box mind!!

Just sorted a flatspot issue on my rallye and it turned out to be the air temp sensor was unplugged
