More than likely one of the ABS sensors hasn't been plugged back in (if you unplugged them to fit the suspension) or one of the cables have been damaged whilst you were carrying out the work.________________________________________ "Supercharged - 454.1bhp/317.5lb/ft"Peugeot 306 GTi-6 2000 (X), Moonstone |

I removed the sensors from the hub probably not the best thing to do as they are far easier to unplug. Could they be damaged they are not the easiest things to get out carefully |

I'd say you prob broke one when removing it ? Do an ohms test on both sides and find the one that gives no reading |

Thing is, resistance can vary depending on sensor/car and if its a live sensor or not (although generally doesn't in all fairness). At least with voltage, you know that it will be 100mv if its a healthy sensor and it achieves the same thing when you turn the wheel as resistance. You can measure resistance and can find the on-off pattern you are looking for quite happily but how do you know there is no internal damage in the sensor causing high resistance unless you know what the resistance should be for that particular brand and model of sensor. |

did you start the car on stands? did the wheels turn while in neutral? ABS will see this as a fault and flag a lightit should go after a few good start cycles or you could reset it via PP2000 i had this happen recently |

Mine was on when it was on the dyno but turned off by the time it was out of the yard. |

That tapping will drive you mad if it hasn't already Tony - I hate them when they sound like that. And then when you fix them, it's one of the best feelings in the world, not having to listen to that racket.________________________________________ "Supercharged - 454.1bhp/317.5lb/ft"Peugeot 306 GTi-6 2000 (X), Moonstone |
