Remove the slam panel and do as he says try getting them out the back with lots of wd40 etc if not then drill and tap. I always refit these with copper grease on as they are probe to seizing in.________________________________________ Black power baby! To fix as above remove slam panel and get them out the back. You could use some heat and lots of WD40, and if the bolt is big enough and you can reach with a dremel or hacksaw you could cut a slot in the rear of the bolt and use a screwdriver, or file/dremel flats in two sides to give mole grips/pliers better grip. The torque snappage limit of these is quite low - if not easy to move best to douse in WD40 and wait a bit before going any further. It took me a week of WD40 and a little heat to get the front 2 lower wing bolts out on the left side, after snapping one on the right side. I followed Daveyboys advice that when it starts moving, don't just use force to wind it all the way out as they will often snap after they start moving, do it a little at a time and wind it in and out with repeated applications of WD40 (and heat if needed). If you can get it to move it will come out eventually. Doesn't take more than a few months of driving around in the salt and rain to seize bolts. I know this won't help resolve your current problem, but to minimise future snappage when putting trim-related (as opposed to structural or car safety-related) bolts back in I always put some wax or WD40 on the threads. ________________________________________ Cherry Rallye SOLD |

Wd40 will do jack, you need a proper penetrating oil, its a water displacer (as the name suggests...)As for wd40 when fitting, lol, use anti seize. ________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |
