After a fuel pump thats good for 250ish minimum as my standard one is giving up. I was looking at a walbro 255 but after reading limited thread on here, they are a bit of a pain to fit in the standard pump housing? Id much rather have a pump to go in the tank rather than messing about fitting external ones. Cheers. |

I'm still on a standard pump at the minute and never had any issues with fueling at all. You could always use a Bosch 044 under the boot floor but just don't bother with a swirl pot etc________________________________________ Black power baby! For the power and spec you are looking for i don't think you will need to upgrade, from your project thread post just sounds like you need a working standard one ________________________________________ Just Drive It |

Standard pump is fine for up to 270bhp as Mabgti has proved. ________________________________________ "Supercharged - 454.1bhp/317.5lb/ft"Peugeot 306 GTi-6 2000 (X), Moonstone |

Sorry only just seen this again!Im more looking at it as future proofing anyway. If i was going to get a standard one, it would be new anyway which is about the same price as the walbro one. Armz, filter was changed 2k ago for a genuine one. Bigbadbowen, can you PM me a price delivered please Whilst I'm here and just to cover all eventualities, can anyone think of any other reasons why he couldn't get any more fuel through? Only thing i can think of is filter and pump |

Fuel pressure regulator, fuel pump internals breaking down, half blocked in tank filter / gauze, faulty / clogged injectors with poor flow rate or poor spray pattern wrong impedance injectors lots of reasons lol ________________________________________ Black power baby!
