Came across this.. Its in Sheffield so not suitable for most on here but still:

We will require the vehicle for a complete day.

Excludes chrome or diamond cut alloys.

A place by me in Birmingham (where I'll be taking my wheels) only charges £20 a wheel! Previous place i used was more than dohble that

£20 per wheel, blast, dip and powder coat complete wheel.

very good value for money, they are not a wheel refurb specialist though, so not got machinery to remove major kerbing, do diamond cutting etc.

I would guess that is just a tyre popped off the rim face only refurb being a bodyshop.
