On the exhaust cam cover, is the thread that you tighten the screws for the manifold heat shield into part of the exhaust cam covers or part of the head?
I think i need to get it re threaded some how.....
The last bit of thread required to tighted the headshield down fully must be gone as the heat shield is buzzing in its place at certain rpm.

Mine was doing this even though all the bolts were tight, I just loosened them all slightly jiggled it about a bit then retightened and it fixed it.Dunno
