Any ideas how to free a stuck clutch plate to flywheel?Cars not been used over winter been preping it and on going to move the clucth aint releasing to select gear. ________________________________________ V6 Power!Faster I can go the better! Maybe try tapping the gearbox hard with a rubber mallet whilst someone used the clutch? It's hydraulic clutch on youres isn't it? In which case hopefully it's just a little but if corrosion holding it on tapping it may cause it to. Break free and start working ________________________________________ Super high boost Completed, destroyer of gearboxes and 160mph club |

Yeah forgot to mention it was hydralic clutch.Think its sorted although still a bit stiff selecting gears. put in first gear with ingition off as it goes in gear no problem but with engine on it wont. just been for a quick blast but gear changes are rough so not sure its broke free yet ________________________________________ V6 Power!Faster I can go the better! Its not what you drive, its how you drive that wins the race! |
