Any ideas how to free a stuck clutch plate to flywheel?

Cars not been used over winter been preping it and on going to move the clucth aint releasing to select gear.

Maybe try tapping the gearbox hard with a rubber mallet whilst someone used the clutch? It's hydraulic clutch on youres isn't it? In which case hopefully it's just a little but if corrosion holding it on tapping it may cause it to. Break free and start working

Yeah forgot to mention it was hydralic clutch.

Think its sorted although still a bit stiff selecting gears.

put in first gear with ingition off as it goes in gear no problem but with engine on it wont.

just been for a quick blast but gear changes are rough so not sure its broke free yet
