Ok so buckets fitted cage being painted
Air con rad already removed so want to remove the air con pump

I have seen a kit on eBay as below

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Peugeot-205-Gti-6-306-GTi-6-Non-A-C-Pulley-Kit-with-Acc-Belt-/251364106813?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item3a8677e23d

Can anyone point me in the correct direction as to what to ask for at a motor factors as this does seem expensive on eBay
If eBay is the only option then ill go for that

Thank you in advance

another option is to relocate the PAS pump to where the compressor lives
but you need a bracket made but they do come up for sale often, and a shorter belt.
it works with the original tensioner

Thats a bit pricey mate, just ask for a belt, tensioner and idler for a rallye, or it might be down as a gti6 without a/c in the parts book. last time i priced it i'm sure i could get it all for about £75. I used INA ones, (factors can get them from FPS) they were half the price of Gates and better quality IMO.

Also when i did mine i had the engine out, the new idler and tensioner uses holes already in the pas - a/c bracket but they were rusted up and i snapped a bolt, if it was in the car it would've been a nightmare. get some wd40 on them.

I know what to ask for now or I can see if
my mechanic can move the pas pump to the air con pump area and make a bracket up
I'll see what we can get done ASAP :-)
