I'm about to fit my arms that have less than 1k old roller bearing bushes on, what sort of mileage are people getting out of a set? I will be running my KW's, so car will be fairly hard and i will be doing 100% road miles, well maybe the odd track day |

As much as that, i didn't think they would last that ammount of miles given the shock loading they will take from our roads |

mine were 2nd hand when I got them and greased them every 1000 miles and iv had about 5k out of them and they've gone now. but they weren't tip top when I fitted them so I didn't exspect them to last being 2nd hand. ________________________________________ 1997 ph1 bianca GTI6 - The looker1996 ph1 Sigma GTI6 - Dead 1999 Red Rallye - The Daily 2005 Nissan Navara D40 - Family car 1968 Mustang Coupe - The dirty little secret Put ya foot down, put ya foot down we'll loose em easy! |

Yeah, I grease mine before every time the car went out. It only normally went out three times a year though. The majority of that mileage has been covered on roads in Europe where the surface is much superior to ours. ________________________________________ "Supercharged - 454.1bhp/317.5lb/ft"Peugeot 306 GTi-6 2000 (X), Moonstone |
