hey guys iv seen some 306s with the badge removed and the holes in bonnet gone n the plastic body trim is lifted how do i go about doing that________________________________________

Depends on what phase 306 you have. Phase 2/3 is a case of welding a plate in place of where the badge was, buying a fibreglass smoothed grill and finish it off with paint.
