Well not at that width and offset. These wheels with a et0 offset and 8' wide will 'poke out' 45mm more than a standard c5 rim and be 5mm closer to the suspension strut per side.

I have 15mm spacers which will be removed per side so that brings the 'poke out' down to 30mm per side.
Revolution offer them in different offsets so of I order them in say ET15 they will be 15mm closer to the strut and the 'poke out' will be reduced to somewhere handy.

I need to do some measuring to see if the ET15 will clear the suspension strut, if not the option is to drop down to a 7' rim or run et0 with arches which I don't really want.

Main advantage of being able to use 8' front rip is grip/traction will be improved as I can also run a 225 sized front tyre.

On the rear I could order a 15x6' et15 revolution so the car has matching rims but my plan would be to achieve what I want on the front end and the rear is only a visual problem if it does look odd and an easy fix.
If I do this this will be my only set of wheels and tyres so selling my spare C5's with Dunlop slicks will cover it.
I'd then have my C5's with the R888's for sale which will be either 2 or 4 depending on the rear situation.

You'd be better off fixing the cooling side of things and continuing to run the C5s imo. You'll have a much better choice of tyres and won't be in danger of completely cocking up the handling running different sizes front to rear. Out right grip isn't everything Wink

to update this ive been speaking to revolution today and very helpful.the Reo 5 spokes I wanted won't do the job I'm afraid as it wont clear my brakes.
it has the following specification.

ET20 the distance from hub face to strut is 132mm
ET0 its 112.
you can work what ET10 and so on will be.

The problem lies with caliper clearance,
the ET10 has 10mm spoke clearance This is measured from the hub face to the outer edge of the caliper, the ET0 has 30mm clearance.

My car is 130mm to the strut and 40mm clearance to the outer of the caliper.so to run the Revolution 5 spokes I would need ET00 and still a 15mm spacer!

Revolution did admit the brake clearance is poor on these wheels and said the millennium has much better brake clearance.I can order a ET12 which is 125mm to the strut and has 55mm brake clearance.

My concern is there going to look to modern for my 205, I'd get them done in black though which should tone them down.

What about a nice set of rota grids?
rota slipstreams look good on a 205 as well

That's a good price, I think you should go for it. They will suit the 205, are light, good for brake clearance and for cooling Yes
