Well a few weeks back I got a bit of stick from one or two users after saying I didn't have the time/ space to give the 6 a wash but I'd purchased some meguiars products and promished to get it washed soon.

Not sure who it was at the time (maybe jeffers or aaron) asked me to share some before and afters once I got round to it.

So hear goes the befores:

AND NOW FOR THE AFTERS:

Started off using some turtle wash and wax, followed by using the meguiars clay car on the roof as it had loads of dirt and grime worked in to it over the years follows by the meguiars new car kit wash and wax followed by a wax.

Highly recommend the meguiars clay bar for anybody considering it, its well worth the money. I was considering a re-spray of certain parts of my car but after using this I think I can go with out and I will just have to put some touch up paint on certain areas (odd scratch hear and there).

But yeah definitely worth it!

Good work. I hate to see a dirty 6 Yes

Try claying the entire car then add a polish then a show glaze followed by a wax/sealant.

bad thing is (or maybe good thing as now i know about it). on the join next to the Peugeot name on the rear there's a crease/ join between the rear and the rear wing and there's a tiny bit of rust coming through a chip in the paint work.

so that's going to b my next job getting that looked at.

Looking nice mate. Clay bars a great things. As said, clay, polish the s**t out it. Then me personally, I just slather it with wax. Being a nice dark color you cant go wrong with the Blue Nattys Paste by Poorboys. Wink
