Want a set of either of these wheels for a 406, and after trawling through old threads I cant seem to find any proper info, just speculation

What spacers and bolts do you need to fit them to a 306/406?

10mm hubcentrics and 50mm flat seat bolts i've heard but cant say if this is true.

Any help here would be great,
