This maybe a retarded question as I haven't fitted them to the car to see but my question is how can I tell what coilover fits which side...

The bottom of the coilover has no locating spigot that sits in the hub, what angle/direction should the blue adjuster be once fitted?
What angle should the drop link be?

Iv had a search to see if I can find a pic of someone elses car with them fitted but cant find one Angry

Theyve got no locating tabs on the golds. Adjusters to the front on mine although I reckon you could put them on either way, just set the drop link tab in the standard position.

My mate brought some for his mk1 caddy, came labeled up though, sounds silly but is there a sticker or anything kn the side of them as it normally faces toward the outer side of the the car each side.

Only going from experience here.
