However when turn the engine off, take the fascia off and then refit it and start up the stereo asks me to run the set up again to input the date and time.
Anyone had a similar issue to this before and recommend how to get around it?

I fitted my new Pioneer DEH-X9500BT last night. Stereo works fine and no issues in that sense....However when turn the engine off, take the fascia off and then refit it and start up the stereo asks me to run the set up again to input the date and time. Anyone had a similar issue to this before and recommend how to get around it? |

Cheers will give that a go later.... Will not changing it cause any issues? or will it just prevent my changes saving? Just wanting to make sure it wont cause any damage if I use it in the meantime? |

Na you just have the ignition live and perm live round the wrong way ? You should be able to swap the red and yellow wire over on the stereo harness |
