Hello guys.
I searched the forum but could not find any results.

you can put the intake manifold of a 306 306 GTI-6/Rallye in a 306 S16 Le Mans?

changes are required, or mount everything with ease?
which injectors should I use? the S16 or GTI?
the ECU has a trouble or need to remap?

use your S16 injectors, gti manifold fits straight on, you need to find a way to fit the Bosch idle control solenoid. Ideally you will need to remap the ecu but not really worth it as gti mani wont give much of a gain, fit a better exhaust manifold-stock S16 cast manifold is rubbish, upgrade your cams and then remap it,you should see a decent gain after that

Just stick it on the inlet of the std ICV and remove the GTi6 one, Dead easy that way

Cams have to be XU10J4 ones not R or RS cams, heads are very different, But the S16 engine is better to tune for the bolt on mods

I bought this:
http://www.ebay.it/itm/130969146857?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649

and this:
http://www.ebay.it/itm/310596979544?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649

A complete inlet manifold with throttle body and injector + fuel rail ..

What injectors should I use? those of the original S16. or those of the GTi?
also ... I have to buy the fuel pump. what should I take? an original?
I should be fitted with a fuel pressure regulator

all this before making the eeprom centraliana.

I forget something? there is something to do in addition to that written?

Las time i did this i use the complete S16 fuelrail and injectors cos this fits the positions of the fuel hoses better than gti-6. Useing gti-6 injectors without a remap didn`t work that well it ran a bit rich.

The last gasket seems right Smile

Use all the s16 parts, no gti 6 parts can be used without a remap, You will need one anyway as without it they do not run that well

i had a gti6 inlet setup on my old s16 and didn't have it remapped. although i didn't do many miles but it certainly felt and ran fine Unsure

"inniettori" looks like you're asking about injectors - use the s16 injectors

You don't need to remap the ecu to use the original injectors but it will be better if you do.

You will need to remap the ecu to use gti injectors.

Hope that helps

Hello guys.
I have a 306 S16. I disassembled the original intake manifold. I mounted the intake manifold of the 306 GTi.

I'm stuck because I do not know how to connect some pipes.

before I post the pictures and then I try to explain my doubts!

Speaking of the intake manifold S16 I understand that:
4 - the tube that sends the oil to the engine.
5 - are the two tubes that control the dual valve timing of the intake manifold.
6 - is a tube that arrives to the control unit to control the depression of the intake manifold.
7 - I do not know what is its function.
8 - I do not know what is its function.

Speaking now of the intake manifold of the 306 GTi:
1 - I do not know! (I think it's a vacuum socket)
2 - is the aspiration for recycling oil vapors! (correct?)
3 - is the aspiration of air to keep the engine at idle.

Now let's talk about what I did not understand.
In the transition from collector to collector S16 GTI there are 2 or 3 small tubes that do not know where to connect.
5 - where do I connect the pipes n. 5 that in the collector S16 commanded the double timing?
6 - The tube n 6 arrives at the control unit. Where do I connect the collector of the GTI?
7 - Where do I connect the pipe n. 7 in the intake manifold of the 306 GTI?

1000 Thanks

With a little patience and ingenuity I was able to do everything all over. The machine is fine. I only have one doubt.
I have not connected the tube No. 8. I put a plug in the part where you put the engine oil.
is that correct?
