Hi all, I've just got a ph1 GTi6 with a knackered drivers window regluator. I thought thought I could get away with the clip but turns out the cables have tangled themselves up and are fraying Thumbs down Now i was under the impression that all ph1 306 window regulators were the same provided they came from a 3 door and were the correct side. I thought I could use the regulator from my ph1 dutrbo that i'm breaking but turns out the connector is different. So are PH1 GTi6 regulators the same as later 306 regulators?

Can you not just cut your connector off and crimp a different connector on as its only 2 wires...? Bullet connectors would work a treat.

Nah, don't want to chop up the loom as it all works bar the regulator and would seem a bodge to me.
