As said I think you need a boost gauge chap to see if the chargers fooked internally or not. My low boost makes easily 250bhp plus on a nice cold day and that's with 0.5 bar of boost and only 440cc injectors. I would think something would have to be majorly wrong with the compression fuel or boost to only make 50bhp more with over double the boos and higher flowing injectors and more fuel pressure.

If you are seeing very high oil temperatures very quickly then i would suggest getting you're engine checked out the only time mine did this it very shortly afterwards dropped a valve Thumbs down . get a compression check done! should not be hitting those temperatures that quickly!
Does it use any Oil?

What injectors are you running?

Some high-boosts run a 3 BAR FPR, some 4 BAR, and some 5 BAR.

It depends on the injectors and ECU software version.

If you tell me what injectors you're using, I will tell you what FPR it should have.

It's running way too rich though - it should be in the 12's, which one of the reasons for it being down in power.

Im not sure wich injectors Im running but I think its the 440cc. Now with a 4bar instead of the 3bar fpr wich was fitted earlier.

Is there an easy way for me to check what software version of the ecu I got?

They should be Siemens Dekra 570cc ones for the high boost. Yes

If the filter was blocked it would of sucked it in and eaten it up, the boosted ones pull an enormous amount of air through,
