Decided I want to try out some starfish wheels on my GTi-6.

Most on ebay are in poor condition or have new tyres in the wrong size which they want the right money for, so hoping someone here has some tucked away in great condition with or without the right size tyres.

Thanks!

James

Found the pics before and I do like them. Been thinking about it this morning as as the car is already lowered and quite firm, 15" might be the best route especially as they are just bolt on and go.

Coskev, thanks for the link to the ones for sale. 3 Mnths ago now that thread so didnt think they would be available (plus I think I want ones in better condition).

I guess if I get a set cheap enough I can get them recon'd, but still hanging on in the hope that one of you has kept a set away in their garage and now could do with the cash instead.

Heavy old things. I've got 6x bare 16s here if you want them. Cheap.

I bought tesstuff's 16" off of him (nice guy & helpful by the way) but yes, they are heavy!

Leave the country for 3 weeks tomorrow, but think I still want a set of 15" starfish to compare the ride / looks / rolling weight; so if someone has a desent set of bare 15's (or with correct sized tyres for a 306) please let me know!
