It could be a number of things...Coil pack on it's way out, plugs slightly fouled, CTS not working properly, MAP sensor issue. What other symptoms do you have? ________________________________________ "Supercharged - 454.1bhp/317.5lb/ft"Peugeot 306 GTi-6 2000 (X), Moonstone |

Been like it for 7 months so would have thought a coil would have given up in that time. What's odd is when i start it from dead cold the rpm sits as it will idle when warm around 850. When it should be around a 1000 surely. Rev it over about 1300-1500 and its happy. No real other syptoms tbh Stan. Drives well runs over standard power runs perfectly not lean or rich. |

Nope changed the box and its standard as had thought of that as it revs well. It's not the end of the world problem but it isn't right and frustrates me |

850 once warm is about right to be honest. HG *could* be on the way out if it's missing from cold but ok otherwise. ________________________________________ "Supercharged - 454.1bhp/317.5lb/ft"Peugeot 306 GTi-6 2000 (X), Moonstone |

What I mean Stan is from cold it idles at 850. I've never had a car or engine do that. Hopefully not its all been put back together around 7 k ago belt pump and gaskets. Doesn't touch water or oil at all not in the 7 k miles I've ran it. |
